our vision & ethos
At On Track Wisbech, we place the needs of each young person at the heart of our work. Our small, nurturing environment and strong relationships help pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn. As a Thrive School of Excellence, we focus on building confidence, resilience and positive attitudes, supported by a personalised curriculum that prepares every pupil for future education, independence and life beyond school.
british values & equality
At On Track Wisbech, British values are an integral part of our school culture. The principles of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs are reflected in our ethos of Support, Nurture, Inspire and Empower.
These values are embedded across our curriculum and daily routines, helping pupils understand their importance in school, in the community and in wider society. Through our Behaviour Policy, SMSC curriculum and classroom practice, we encourage students to show respect, make positive choices and develop into confident, responsible young people.
If you would like more information about how we promote British values, please contact the school and speak with a member of our PSHE team.

Healthy School Policy Statement
On Track, Wisbech recognises that pupil achievement is intrinsically linked to physical and emotional well-being. We are committed to a whole-school approach involving students, staff, parents, and governors to foster an environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Our commitment focuses on three core themes:
Emotional Health & Wellbeing: We provide a safe, inclusive social environment that builds confidence, self-esteem, and mutual respect. By equipping pupils with the skills to make informed life choices, we support their long-term mental health.
Physical Activity: We deliver inclusive PE and school sports, supplemented by diverse breaktime and lunchtime clubs. Our goal is to motivate pupils to embrace active lifestyles and develop positive relationships through play.
Healthy Eating: To ensure pupils have the energy to succeed, we promote nutritious choices. Our daily menus highlight healthy options, and fresh fruit is always accessible to students.
By collaborating with external agencies and continuously improving our facilities, we ensure our community has the current information and resources necessary to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
