admissions
We recognise that choosing the right school is an important decision. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive and reassuring, ensuring families feel informed and confident at every stage.
Most pupils are referred to On Track Mildenhall and Swift House by their local authority. If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), you can also request a placement through your local authority’s SEND team. We accept pupils at various points throughout the academic year, allowing young people to join us when the timing is right for them.
Following a referral, families are invited to visit the school, meet members of our team, and experience the nurturing and structured environment we provide. This visit offers an opportunity to ask questions and helps determine whether On Track Mildenhall and Swift House are the right settings for your child to feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
