Who We Are
On Track Education is dedicated to transforming lives through education, care, and personalised support. We work with young people who have a range of additional needs and disabilities, including social and emotional mental health difficulties (SEMH) and autistic spectrum conditions (ASC).
Our Mission
We aim to restore young people’s self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control, and self-motivation through a flexible, personalised, needs-led programme delivered with unconditional care, nurture, and support.
Every day at On Track is a fresh start. We give pupils access to a wide range of academic, vocational, outdoor and physical learning experiences to sustain their interests, re-engage them in education and empower them to build their resilience and positive sense of self.

We combine tailored education with wellbeing- focused care, creating calm, structured environments where pupils can rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and make meaningful progress.

By working closely with families and professionals, we ensure every young person is supported to develop the skills, resilience and self-belief they need to succeed both in school and beyond.
