On Track Mildenhall and Swift House are celebrating after successfully achieving the Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) Inclusive School Award, recognising their commitment to providing inclusive, personalised education for young people.
Following an assessment on 2 October 2026, the settings received an extremely positive report recognising their approach to inclusion, personalised learning and the care and support provided to pupils and their families.
The assessor praised the nurturing environment, strong relationships and flexible approach to education, describing the provision as “a shining example of how inclusion should be for all children.”
The report highlighted how both schools place each young person's individual needs at the heart of their approach. With small class sizes, personalised learning programmes and a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, pupils are supported to rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships and engage successfully with education.
Particular recognition was given to the broad and adaptable curriculum, which combines academic qualifications with practical and vocational opportunities. The assessor also praised the school's Thrive approach, supportive learning environments and the dedication of staff in helping pupils achieve their potential.
The report recognised the importance of working closely with parents and carers, highlighting the valuable role of family liaison and the commitment to supporting the whole family.
Claire Elomri, Family Liaison Lead at On Track Mildenhall, said:
