On Track Mildenhall is delighted to share the outcome of its recent Ofsted inspection, which recognised the school's commitment to providing a nurturing, inclusive and aspirational environment for its pupils.
Inspectors highlighted the strong relationships between staff and students, the personalised support available to every young person and the positive culture that helps pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn.
The report awarded the school a Strong Standard for both Inclusion and Personal Development and Wellbeing, reflecting the school's dedication to supporting the individual needs of its pupils and promoting positive outcomes both in and beyond the classroom.
Inspectors also identified Preparation for Adulthood as a notable strength, praising the school's personalised careers programme, life skills curriculum and extensive work-related learning opportunities. These experiences help pupils develop the confidence, independence and practical skills needed for their next steps in education, employment and adult life.
Mandy Taylor, Headteacher at On Track Mildenhall, said: "We are delighted that the inspection recognised the dedication of our staff team and the positive impact they have on the lives of our pupils every day. We are particularly proud of the recognition given to our inclusive approach, personalised support and commitment to helping every young person achieve success both in school and beyond."
This positive outcome reflects the hard work and commitment of students, staff, families and the wider school community, all of whom play an important role in helping young people thrive.
We want to thank everyone involved for their continued support and congratulate our entire school community on this fantastic achievement.
